This policy covers people who sign up for Launchibles or visit our website. For the sites, courses and communities our customers build, the customer decides how their audience's information is used and we process it on their behalf.
02What we collect
- Account and business details, such as name, email and billing information.
- Content you create and messages you send us.
- Usage and device data, such as pages visited, browser and approximate location.
- Payment confirmations from our payment partner. We never see your full card number.
03How we use it
To provide, secure and improve the service, process payments, send service messages and respond to support. We send marketing only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal information.
04Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run Launchibles (hosting, email, video and payments) under agreements that limit their use of it, integrations you connect, and authorities where the law requires.
05Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure usage. You can control cookies in your browser, though some features need the essential ones.
06Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable time after you close it, except where we must keep records, such as invoices. We protect data with encryption in transit and access controls.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email support@launchibles.com and we aim to respond within seven working days.
08Children and changes
Launchibles is not intended for anyone under 18. We will post any update to this policy here and notify you of material changes.
