01Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Launchibles, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Launchibles for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. You must be at least 18.
02Your account
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
03Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in INR in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.
04Your content
You own what you create and upload. You give us a limited licence to host and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights and consents your content, and your customers' information, require.
05Acceptable use
Do not use Launchibles to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- publish fraudulent, hateful or exploitative content;
- send spam or attack, overload or scrape the service;
- resell the service or build a competing product from it.
06Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, put others at risk, or fail to pay, and where practical we will tell you why first.
07Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
08Changes and governing law
We will notify you of material changes to these terms before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
